Ro / Roman: the offer file

A broad menu makes the name of the chosen preparation an essential price qualifier.

Which Ro product is in the comparison?

Ro's public ED menu includes branded and generic tablets alongside Sparks and Daily Rise Gummies. The page describes the latter two as compounded and not FDA-approved. A service-level price detached from those distinctions would imply a uniform offer that the catalog does not provide. [Ro treatment page]

This desk therefore leaves the price plan-specific. Ask which medicine, quantity and purchase interval are proposed, whether an introductory offer applies, and what replaces it at renewal. A discount for an eligible new customer should not be presented as an ongoing price for every reader.

The format can change the evidence question

For a compounded option, the clinician should explain the medical reason for that preparation and how its evidence differs from an approved product. FDA distinguishes compounded medicines from approved generics. The presence of a known ingredient does not establish that the combination or format has the same approval or a demonstrated clinical advantage. [FDA]

Use the formula checklist to keep this information in the record. The purpose is not to select a medicine from a web page, but to make the clinical proposal clear enough to discuss.

What completes the care side of the offer?

Ask how a clinician can be reached after the initial assessment, what a follow-up includes and what happens if an examination or another type of treatment is needed. NIDDK's diagnostic overview includes health history, examination and possible tests; an online catalog should not be read as a guarantee that every concern fits its prescribing process. [NIDDK]

Then ask how those clinical steps interact with an existing recurring purchase. Our care-fee guide keeps medical review, medicine and delivery in separate fields. We have not tested Ro's turnaround, pharmacy fulfillment or refund handling. Those experiences are not implied by the service's inclusion in this comparison.
